Senator Portman's Office
Dear Linda,
I’m Charlie Bolton, one of Senator Portman’s legislative correspondents in Washington. Thank you very much for your long and well-written letter letting Senator Portman know of the great work you are doing in Ohio to raise awareness on prostate cancer. It is great for us to know (but sad to learn) of the disproportionate impact that this disease has on veterans. The Senator shares your excitement that the FY 2017 budget increased funding for prostate cancer by $90 million, and agrees that it should be an important priority in veterans’ appropriations bills. The work that you are doing with lawmakers in both parties in Ohio is truly impressive.
Sincerely,
Charlie Bolton

The Day I took A SPILL on Capitol Hill!
I took a SPILL on Capitol Hill and broke my leg. As you can see I did not go to the hospital we had a total of 4 meetings that day and I attended every one of them. I am dedicated to raise awareness for prostate cancer.
