It is important that all participants arrive and receive badges betweenthe morning of . Proceed from Brookpark Road to the Main Gate Guard Booths, either lane, to receive your badges to enter the lab. Once you receive your badges you will drive past the Main Gate Guard Booths to the first stop light to make a right turn to a parking location around the corner from Bldg. 3. There you will receive a Social Badge and there will be coffee and some breakfast items for purchase when you arrive.
You may pack a lunch or choose to purchase a lunch from three vendors at our Cafeteria that day. Vendors providing lunch that day are Delta Blue, Mo Bite Products and Tony’s Truck Stop. We are also planning a stop in our Exchange Store during lunch time. The Exchange has a small selection of drinks and snacks available, as well as NASA products, apparel and gifts.
We can never count on the weather in December in Northeast Ohio, so in case of a late start or cancellation we are planning to contact everyone via mobile text or email. Please reply to this email with your preferred emergency contact information and method. If we need to cancel or delay the event due to weather we will be contacting you bythat morning.
